Our Story
A neighborhood pho house in the heart of Aurora.
Pho 888 opened its doors with one mission: serve the Vietnamese food we grew up on, exactly the way our family makes it. Bones simmer overnight for a clear, fragrant broth. Herbs are picked fresh that morning. Nothing is rushed.
We are proudly family-run. Whether you are a regular grabbing your usual #15 or a first-timer learning what tái-nạm-gân means, you are welcome at our table.
What we believe
Family-run
Three generations behind every bowl.
Fresh ingredients
Herbs, sprouts, and limes daily — never bagged in advance.
Traditional recipes
The way grandmother made it. We do not take shortcuts.
About Phở
Phở (pronounced “fuh”) is Vietnam's national dish — rice noodles in a long-simmered beef or chicken broth, finished at the table with herbs, sprouts, lime, and chili. Eat it hot, eat it slow.
